Maths with Miss Marleen

This week we have started with revising our knowledge of place value.
We are doing really well, remembering lots of patterns, numbers and strategies.
Today we have pratised bridging through a 100 and 1000.

First we practised by counting in ones, adding a number to different patterns on the whiteboards. As we moved around the circle, we had to be alert as each whiteboard presented a different number list.

After practising bridging 100s while jumping in 1s, we moved on to jumping in 10s.

We are certainly building up our confidence!
