Non-stop learning in P5-J

Today we challenged ourselves with investigating Tangrams.  These ancient Chinese puzzles helped us challenge our brains and problem solve.  First, we began by exploring all the letters we could make.  (Did you know you can  make all of them ?)  This was our investigation! For our challenge, we took away the paper that showed the letters, and tried by ourselves to make them.  This was certainly harder than we expected... but lots of fun !!   

Even during lunch we were learning.   We play chess with a partner,  learn chess on the computer, played Rummycub, explored our construction skills and learnt a special game from Miss Emily called Skiwumpus.  It is non-stop learning and fun in P5-J
